A summer tablescape

Lemons and Daisies – a perfect reminder of summer! Lemons to remind me of Summertime lemonade and daisies to remind me of flowers blooming.

This place setting with daisy napkin ring holders was easy to make. The daisy is a sticker which comes easily off and on the napkin ring holder. The napkins were a deal with the white ones being $.75 each and the yellow ones being $1.75 each! The lemon glasses fit perfectly with the theme and the yellow and white plates kept everything light and bright!

The centerpiece is made up of mini-daisies in an antique uranium glass bottle and a chain of white daisies with lemons in between. I love how bright and airy this feels!

The leaves here are just finished falling, so I thought they would be a nice touch to add to this tablescape.

Place setting with a beautiful copper gilded charger.

The plates are from Hobby Lobby and are on a beautiful charger from Target. The napkins are doubled up with a plaid from Walmart and a nutmeg from World Market. I love plaid during this time of year and it was a bargain find to get these nutmeg ones to match my plaid!

The centerpiece has these beautiful red/brown/caramel candles with real pressed leaves and table scatter leaves as well.

Dragonfly Tablescape

These adorable dragonfly napkin rings came Pier 1 (which sadly is going out of business) and went perfectly with the greens of the table. The blue accent in them added a pop of color as did the blue bead tablescatter.

Centerpiece with moss, benches, and white candles with dragonflies, of course!

I love how the light from the window shines in on the centerpiece candle and the rest of the table.

Patriotic

Independence Day

This tablescape is a tribute to our July 4th celebrations! It is full of the patriotic colors we love and a little bit of whimsy for fun!

This table setting has red, white and blue galore! From the red napkins encircled by a blue star to an American flag silverware holder. The centerpiece includes little white lanterns with flags with table scatter to create some whimsy.

Here’s a close up of the American flag silverware holders. I’m sure there is an official name for them, but just being practical! The little stars that hold them together are just fasteners pushed through the material. The flags are 25 cent flags from the dollar store! I love how these turned out!

Here is a close up of the little lanterns and table scatter. I love the color the table scatter adds to the white tablecloth, and the lanterns are just a cute touch with the flags pushed in.

Cinco de Mayo

The vibrant colors of Cinco de Mayo brighten this tablescape. It is my first attempt at Cinco de Mayo and I like how it came out.

The table settings include bright napkins and plates of different colors to stick with the theme of a fiesta party.

This whimsical little pinata was so adorable that I had to include it on the table!

You can’t have a Cinco de Mayo table without a sombrero! Since the stores were all sold out, I had to make my own!

Fall Tablescape

This sneak peak gives the colors that this tablescape will have to bring us into Fall.

Here is an overview of the table and I love how the fall colors pop!

Here is the place setting with the embroidered napkins which add an elegant touch!

These fun fall water glasses came from the Dollar Store and complete the table setting so well!

Peacock Tablescape

A beautiful peacock blue graces this tablescape with peacock napkins and a peacock feather as the centerpiece.

These beautiful plates fit perfectly with the peacock napkins and the various blues in the peacock feathers of the centerpiece.

Here are the beautiful napkins. I paired them with the glasses because of the gold rim on the glasses and gold in the napkins.

This pretty window peacock gave a nice addition to the decor in the room.

An old fashioned Christmas scene with Christmas trees and church

In this scene, I can just see families in a small town going to church on Christmas Eve to sing carols and hear the Christmas story.

Our place setting is our china with ruby red dessert cups for cranberry shrub. A favorite in my family at the Holiday dinner table.
