Valentine’s Day Tablescape

One of my favorite tables was this Valentine one from a couple years ago!  Love the red peony plates with the red chargers!  The sprinkles of Valentine hearts add a nice touch as well.  And, of course, the red roses are the touch of class for the table!

Here is another take on Valentine’s Day dinner.  This time we added red dessert cups to the peony plates and a white cotton tablecloth gave a more casual scene.

Here is a close up of the place setting.  The peony plates were my grandmother’s and so I love to put them out when I can.  The gold trim around the edge has faded, but they are still beautiful!

Here is a close up of the center of the table – red and crystal are always a good pairing! Although you can’t see them well in the light, at a dinner, the little glimmer lights cast a beautiful glow to the table.
