Happy Mother’s Day to my mom! This table is in honor of her. She always loved an elegant table. I went with traditional pink and lace with antique plates and dessert cups.
There is nothing like fresh flowers to make a tablescape beautiful! These were given to me on Mother’s Day from a special girl whom we have grown to love quite a lot!
The light coming in through the window really made the dishes look bright!
Here is a close up of the plate setting. The chargers fit with the green depression glass plates and pink depression glass berry bowl and dessert cup. These were my mother’s and grandmother’s and so they make this Mother’s Day tablescape even better!
The sherbet glasses are depression glass blush pink and the berry bowl is Anchor Hocking with a diamond optic design in the bottom. The green plates are also Anchor Hocking and the beaded plates are Candlewick. I loved mixing and matching the dishes for this beautiful look!
What a pretty table! I love mixing the pink and green DG and will be trying it myself. I have some Candlewick, too, and I’m not sure why I don’t use it more. Thank you for the inspiration! And Happy Mother’s Day.
